This is an original Venetian mansion dating back to 1800's. It has belonged to the Leonditsis family from its inception. Mr Leonditsis was the landlord & mayor of the area and most of the sleeping village of Peroulades developed around the villa to support the family.

The house was restored in the 1990's and maintained many of its original features. Throughout the villa you will find original carved stones, or prekia, as well as the villa's original ognistra, or cooking oven. Original tiles, exposed beams, original floors, furniture and artwork, all show the villa's history and elegance.

The villa is ideal for clients who are conscious of & encourage only sustainable development in tourism. The villa keeps a low key in the village, yet it has been a major determinant of its history. The renovation has maintained the original features and an admirable level of simplicity.

Villa de Loulia has 9 rooms in total and can accommodate up to 20 people. The owners grow their own organic vegetable garden which they use in their food daily. The villa is renowned for its home-made jams & home cooking.

Villa de Loulia is ideal for those looking for a complete hideaway with a bit of luxury. Large families who wish to be catered, can rent the villa exclusively. Similarly, the villa is suitable and can be rented exclusively by small specialist groups. Please email us for further details.

As the mansion has been restored to its original condition, some of the rooms are quite small. Due to the popularity of this accommodation, we can only make a reservation on a request basis.

Location – 400m from Longas Beach in the centre of Peroulades village. 5 km from Sidari

Most rooms have twin beds (double on request). They are en-suite with a shower or bath (please specify if you have a preference), direct dial telephone, mini bar.
