The Cottage is situated in a discrete location on its own grounds and only 200 metres from the sea. It is comfortably furnished, it has a secluded lawn to the front & a private sun patio with sunbeds to the rear.

The location makes it an ideal honeymoon cottage or for people who prefer being away from everything but also close to a well-developed resort.  It is located next to villa Quietude, so the two properties can be booked together for small groups.

Location - 100m from beach (200m from sandy beach) and 300m from the centre of San Stefanos.

The Cottage is suitable for 2 adults. Double bedroom and lovely en-suite bathroom, kitchen, sitting room with doors to the veranda and rear patio. Cooker (4 rings), oven/gril, minifridge, microwave, kettle, toaster.
